What You Can Brief
Four categories that cover the full scope of event marketing. Each one delivers specific outputs, within a defined timeframe, at a fixed fee.

How it works
Marketing covers a lot of ground. These four categories make it easier to identify where your brief fits and what you'll get back.
Every engagement starts with a scoping conversation. You describe the challenge, Marketing Alchemist defines the deliverables, agrees a fixed fee and timeline, and produces the finished work.
Some briefs sit neatly within one category. Others span two or three. The scope is designed around what you need delivered, not around a rigid package structure.
The Alchemy Accelerator
Event Launch & Growth Marketing
Full marketing programmes for events that are launching, entering new markets, or scaling to the next edition.
The Accelerator is for events that need a complete marketing programme built. Whether that's a brand-new launch, a market entry, or an established event that's outgrown its current marketing approach, this is the structured engagement that takes it from strategy through to campaign delivery.
You'll receive a phased programme with clear milestones: strategic positioning, audience strategy, campaign architecture, channel planning, and execution support. The timeline is typically 12 to 16 weeks, though it flexes depending on the event cycle and how much of the execution your team handles internally.
Example Inclusions
Strategic Foundation: Event positioning, competitive differentiation, value proposition development for exhibitors/attendees/sponsors
Audience Strategy: Exhibitor and visitor profiling, database building, acquisition channel planning
Campaign Execution: Multi-channel campaigns (email, digital, content, PR), registration funnel optimisation, conversion tracking
Sponsorship Marketing: Sponsor value proposition development, package positioning, sales enablement materials
This is the right brief if:
You're launching a new event and need the marketing function built from scratch. You're taking an existing event into a new market and need locally calibrated strategy and execution. You're scaling an event that's hit a ceiling and need the marketing to match the commercial ambition.

Alchemy Labs
Strategic Problem-Solving
Standalone strategic projects that solve specific marketing challenges and deliver finished outputs.
Labs is for when you've got a defined problem that needs a strategic answer. It might be a positioning question, a data challenge, a comms architecture that's broken, or a market you don't yet understand. You brief the problem. Marketing Alchemist diagnoses it, scopes the deliverables, and produces the solution.
These are typically shorter, more focused engagements than the Accelerator. The output is a finished strategic deliverable: a document, a framework, a strategy, a plan. Something your team can pick up and act on.
What you'd typically receive
The deliverable depends entirely on the brief. Recent Labs projects have produced:
Market Landscape Analysis: Competitive intelligence, white space identification, market opportunity sizing
Audience Research & Profiling: Buyer personas, decision-maker mapping, psychographic analysis
Strategic Narrative Development: Core positioning, messaging architecture, brand story
Commercial Proposition: Value propositions for each audience segment, pricing strategy rationale
This is the right brief if:
You've got a specific strategic question that needs answering before your team can move forward. You need an external perspective on a marketing challenge you've been too close to.
